1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time & Charges

• Standard Delivery (All Pakistan): 3-5 working days
• Shipping Charges: Rs. 199 for all orders
• FREE SHIPPING on orders above Rs. 3,000
• Delivery Partner: TCS / Leopards Courier / M&P

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan. Please make sure your phone is active and address is complete. Our courier will contact you before delivery.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS / WhatsApp on your registered number. You can track your order at any time.

5. Delays
Sometimes due to weather, strikes, or courier issues, delivery might take 1-2 extra days. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated.

6. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping will be available soon.

7. Address Issue
